Scroll FAQ's

All scrolls are shipped safely in a tube with everything you need. The scrolls have the rope already on them and they hang seamlessly with the 4 small magnets to hold the bottom scroll roll.

Step 1: Simply and carefully unroll your scroll until the top of the design shows.

Step 2: Hang your scroll off of a nail or have someone hold the scroll for the next step.

Step 3: Carefully roll the bottom of the scroll to match the top roll and then slide 2 magnets on the bottom right side and the same to the other left side.

Step 4: Hang your scroll on your wall and enjoy!

You can simply roll the scroll back up and place in the shipping tube your scroll arrived with. This will keep your scroll undamaged and safe.

Each scroll is printed on a thick, seamless brown craft paper. This paper offers a timeless and organic look while being durable.

All scrolls come with the scroll magnets. IF there are no magnets in your shipping tube, there's a chance they were removed during shipping. Please contact us with your order number and full name.

We're sorry to hear you didn't measure the wall for your scroll. Unfortunately, we have a strict no return/exchange policy on our scrolls. Please measure your walls before ordering. You can find all the scroll measurements under each scroll listing.

ORDER FAQ's

Scrolls & Clearance Goods: Cottonwood Shanty does not accept any returns/exchanges on the scrolls/clearance goods, with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping. To eliminate the problem of returns, please double-check the desired wall measurements to ensure your scroll will fit your desired location.

Other Goods: Cottonwood Shanty will accept returns/exchanges on non-seasonal items up to 14 days after receipt of purchase for in shoppe purchases OR 14 days after the online order has been delivered. Please send us an email at info@cottonwoodshanty.com with the reason for the return and we will send further instruction for submitting the return. All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return undesired items back to Millersburg, Ohio. If desired, Cottonwood Shanty can provide a discounted return label to be deducted from the final refund amount.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT SHIPMENTS:

Any damages must be noted and filed in full with the Cottonwood Shanty team at info@cottonwoodshanty.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return/replacement of your product(s) – including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. For any questions or concerns regarding our Return Policy, please email us at info@cottonwoodshanty.com and we will be happy to assist you.

BEFORE returning your items (scrolls excluded), please contact us with your order number and name to make sure your return is valid.
