Shoppe Bathroom- Winter Reveal

We're just a few weeks away from the end of 2019 and I just realized I never shared a full "after" of our bathroom here at the shoppe! This small space was one of the most transformed spaces in the entire shoppe with all new flooring (literally, I fell through the floor), walls, plumbing, etc.. In case you weren't around for the full before, let's take a jump back to March 2019.

Talk about yikes! This was mid-gutting the bathroom. We ripped out everything and started from the subfloor up. I wanted more lighting in this bathroom to make the tall ceilings really show off. We had the toilet moved over 2' to free up the sink area and installed an old dresser as the vanity. I snagged this surface-mounted sink from a local thrift store for $10 years ago- knowing it could go somewhere, someday.

I wanted the bathroom to be inspiring and a breath of fresh air. I opted for a soft cream color on the walls and we made a faux wall to cover the drainage pipe on the back sink wall. The vertical shiplap really emphasizes how tall the room really is. My vintage mirror also accents and mimics the shiplap.

My favorite part of the bathroom is my Kingston Brass wall faucet that makes such a statement. I love the chrome faucet mixed with the black satin accent light. Very timeless and clean.

With some of our frosted pines mixed with my spring sprigs- the greens really accent against the white marble backsplash and shiplap. We lit the Tree Farm by Vintage Porch candle and called it happy in the bathroom!

I love how this bathroom turned out and this room makes my heart sing every time I set foot in it. The bathroom is fresh and inviting. What do you think of the final reveal? Would you love to see how we decorate it for each season?

Hugs, Alyssa

Looks absolutely fabulous! Question: what color paint did you use on the vanity? We have marble in our bathroom and I have been thinking about painting our vanity and that color is perfect! Thanks so much!!
